Tickets for Volunteers
Thank you for being a volunteer!
To show our appreciation of your support, SPAC offers two (2) complimentary tickets to select performances of the New York City Ballet, and The Philadelphia Orchestra.
In an effort to reduce no-shows, please only reserve tickets if you are able to attend the event. If your plans change, please notify the box office so the seats can be reassigned.
How to Receive Your Complimentary Tickets
This process must be completed by the volunteer – do not share this information. Our system will recognize your email address on file and apply the free ticket offer.
- Â View the list of eligible events below – be sure to read the sections and/or price levels that are available for the offer.
- Select your seats on the map and add them to the cart. Repeat this process if you have multiple performances.
- On the Cart page, click Checkout (there will be prices assigned to the tickets at this point)
- Login to your account using the email address associated with your volunteer account on Better Impact. If you do not know your password, you can reset it here.
- Please select e-tickets. If you select Mail, there will be a $5 processing fee.
- Under Order Summary, your tickets should now be $0.00*. If you are still seeing a price, please read our FAQs below.
*Any tickets above the quantity listed will be full price.

Please check the eligible event listing to ensure the event is offered, and which sections/prices are available to volunteers.
You also must be logged into your online account using the email address we have on file. Not sure which email address to use? Email us at boxoffice@spac.org to verify.
You can choose the mail/post option at checkout for $5 and the tickets will be mailed to you.
Sorry, we are only able to accommodate two (2) complimentary tickets per volunteer for each event. When reserving your comp tickets, you can add additional tickets, but only two tickets will be $0.00 value at checkout.
These tickets are intended for volunteers and their immediate families. You may give them the physical copies of the tickets. The Box Office will not be able to reprint tickets for anyone other than the volunteer. Reselling your tickets is also strictly prohibited.
Never! You can reserve tickets up to and including the day of the show!

Sorry, we are only able to offer the sections/price levels listed above. These tickets have no cash value.
