LIVE NATION does not allow patrons to bring alcohol

Guests are welcome to bring the following items:

  • Backpacks
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets/towels
  • Factory sealed water bottles up to 1 gallon per person
  • Food (in a clear plastic bags)
  • New in 2019 – For the safety and convenience of all our guests, only collapsible lawn/camping chairs will be permitted with the height of the chair not to exceed 43” when collapsed.  Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments are prohibited.  This policy will be strictly enforced.  Chairs not meeting these specifications will not be allowed entry.  Low profile/beach chairs may be rented upon entering the facility adjacent to the main merchandise tent or in advance at the following website, subject to availability: https://www.ticketmaster.com/saratoga-pac-lawn-chair-rental-tickets/artist/2585398.  If you have alternative seating needs, or accessible seating needs, please contact the Box Office at 518-584-9330 or boxoffice@spac.org.

  • It is a VIOLATION of NYS Law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on Park Property

  • No Pets, Roller-blades. Skateboards or Bikes
  • No Grills, Hibachis or Cooking Equipment
  • No Glass of any kind
  • No Beer Kegs or Beer Balls
  • It is a VIOLATION of NYS Law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on Park Property
  • Jazz Festival Camera Policy
    • OK: Personal hand-held cameras (i.e. small digital or point-and-click cameras; no long/large/zoom/detachable lenses; no tripods; no pro cameras)
    • NOT OK: Professional or pro-sumer cameras and/or equipment (no large/long/zoom/detachable lenses or tripods)

Smoking is not permitted within the Live Nation Family Zones on the Lawn

Helpful Hints

All Venues

  • Children under 2 years admitted free to all events. If adults have inside seats they may sit in the adult patrons lap but may not utilize an additional seat unless purchased for them.
  • If someone has a medical condition that requires syringes or special medical attention, they should alert the SPAC staff on arrival who will notify SPAC Medical to discuss your needs.
  • Beer is normally sold at all events. Picture ID required for all ages.
  • We do not make public announcements during any performance. If you need to locate someone make sure you know your party’s seat location.

Live Nation

  • Gates open a minimum of 1 hour prior to MOST Live Nation events.
  • Parking lots open a minimum of 2 hours prior to MOST Live Nation events.
  • Due to crowd size, accessible carts are not available during pop/rock/country concerts.
  • If you are concerned about your child’s safety, we suggest purchasing a lawn seat and accompanying him/her.
  • When picking children up, we suggest arriving at least 1/2 hour before the concert ends or you may not be able to get into the parking lot.
  • Camping on NYS Park Grounds is prohibited. Go to www.saratoga.org for information about local campgrounds.

Classical Season Performances

  • Gates open 1 hour prior to matinee classical events
  • Gates open 2 hours prior to evening classical events
  • Accessible carts are available during Classical Season events
