Discover the cuisine of Taiwan with Josh Ku and Chef Trigg Brown, co-founders of Win Son and authors of the restaurant’s new cookbook. They’ll be interviewed by WAMC’s Joe Donahue.
Join us for an engaging conversation that explores how an ever-simmering pot of creative influences has evolved Taiwanese cooking in the United States. Enjoy drinks and bites upon arrival such as sipping broth and pan-griddled pork buns. Guests will then sit at communal tables for a taste of the vibrant flavors of Taiwan from family-style dishes including big chicken bun with doufu ru mayo, scallion pancake, marinated cucumbers and millet mochi donut. Taiwan beer, wine and soft drinks will also be served.
Tickets are $90 per person.
Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Menu subject to change slightly due to market availability
