LIVE NATION does not allow patrons to bring alcohol

Permitted Items: 

  • ONLY small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 4.5”x6.5” OR clear plastic bags NO BIGGER than 12″x12″x6” will be allowed inside
  • Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
  • Food – in a clear, 1-gallon zip-lock bag
  • Water – an empty water bottle OR up to 1 gallon of water in a factory sealed bottle is permitted
  • Small blankets 
  • Lawn Chairs – For the safety and convenience of all our guests, only collapsible lawn/camping chairs will be permitted with the height of the chair not to exceed 43” when collapsed. Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments are prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced. Chairs not meeting these specifications will not be allowed entry. Low profile/beach chairs may be rented upon entering the facility adjacent to the main merchandise tent or in advance by clicking here, subject to availability.   • Hard/soft coolers
  • Average sized bags/backpacks
  • Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Fireworks
  • iPads/tablets
  • Selfie sticks

All ground rules are subject to change. By entering the SPAC grounds, guests agree to abide by the rules listed above. Management reserves the right to modify these rules or can request to see the contents of any belongings brought on property at their discretion. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the utmost levels of safety and convenience for our guests and staff.

Helpful Hints

  • Children 2 and under are free for all events as long as they do not take up their own seat in the amphitheater.
  • If someone has a medical condition that requires syringes or special medical attention, they should alert the SPAC staff on arrival who will notify SPAC Medical to discuss your needs.
  • Alcohol is sold at Live Nation concerts. Photo ID required for all ages.
  • We do not make public announcements during any performance. If you need to locate someone make sure you know your party’s seat location.
  • Gates open a minimum of 1 hour prior to MOST Live Nation events.
  • Parking lots open a minimum of 2 hours prior to MOST Live Nation events.
  • If you are concerned about your child’s safety, we suggest purchasing a lawn seat and accompanying him/her.
  • When picking children up, we suggest arriving at least 1/2 hour before the concert ends or you may not be able to get into the parking lot.
  • Camping on NYS Park Grounds is prohibited. Go to www.saratoga.org for information about local campgrounds.
  • Personal coolers are permitted.
  • Glass containers of any kind are NOT permitted.
  • Umbrellas and chairs are permitted, but will be restricted by sizing for use on the main amphitheater lawn, as follows:
    • Personal-sized umbrellas only are permitted on amphitheater lawn.
    • Lawn chairs must not exceed 43” when collapsed. Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments are prohibited on amphitheater lawn.
    • NO tents of any size will be permitted on the amphitheater lawn.
  • NO plastic tarps permitted. We appreciate your support in helping us maintain the natural beauty of SPAC and lawn seat locations for years to come!
  • NO grills, or other cooking equipment.
  • NO beer kegs.
  • It is a violation of NYS Law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on park property.
  • No smoking in the center lawn area
