All ticketing policies below pertain to SPAC-produced events and are not applicable for Live Nation concerts.
There are no refunds on tickets unless an event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed as described below in the COVID-19 and Weather ticketing policies. You may exchange your tickets for another event if the event is more than three days away, and not sold out. There is a $3 per ticket exchange fee.
In the best interest of guests and staff, SPAC will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, unless prohibited by law, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Check our website often for updates to your event as guidelines are subject to change.
Once you’ve purchased tickets, if an event is canceled or postponed, we offer several options including exchanges to another event, exchanges for a gift certificate for a future event, the opportunity to support SPAC through a donation of the value of your tickets, or a full refund. All events are rain or shine. If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or postponed due to an extreme weather event, we will offer exchanges for a gift certificate for a future event, the opportunity to support SPAC through a donation of the value of your tickets, or a full refund.
