Ticket Donation Requests

SPAC draws inspiration from the esteemed leaders within our local communities. Through their philanthropic endeavors and fundraising initiatives, we aim to make a meaningful impact on those who are most vulnerable. Our team is dedicated to assisting these leaders and organizations in achieving their objectives. Our Ticket Donation Program enables local non-profits to request tickets for auctioning at upcoming events. While we endeavor to express our gratitude to groups that share our mission, the high volume of requests necessitates prioritization for those situated in our immediate community.

Here are some key points to note regarding our donation process:

• • Requests for ticket donations for fundraising activities must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event using the provided form. Preference is given to organizations within the Capital Region.
  • All donation decisions rest with SPAC and are final. Due to the large number of requests, we regret that we may not be able to fulfill all of them.
  • Donation requests must be submitted exclusively through the form below; submissions via email or mail will not be considered.
  • Organizations selected to receive donations must utilize the items for fundraising purposes.
  • Please ensure that your request includes a valid mailing address for item delivery.
  • Donated tickets will be for the upcoming New York City Ballet and/or The Philadelphia Orchestra season (exclusions apply).
  • Your organization must be a 501c3 nonprofit.
