Become a SPAC Member
As a nonprofit organization, SPAC relies upon memberships and charitable donations to support our ongoing work to serve art, artists, and community. With an expanded definition of the arts, and year-round programming at Spa Little Theater and SPAC School of the Arts, our impact in the Capital Region continues to grow. We need your support now more than ever.
Since 1966, SPAC has been your summer home for arts, nature, and community.
We are proud to now serve the Capital Region and beyond all year long with inspiring and accessible programs for people of all ages and interests. At SPAC, there’s something for everyone. In 2026, SPAC turns 60! To celebrate this milestone, we are launching the Four Seasons Campaign, with the goal of raising $17.5 million. These funds will help sustain and expand vital resources to ensure that SPAC’s new and signature programming thrives for generations to come.
Your contribution to the Four Seasons Campaign will help keep a strong and vibrant arts culture alive in the Capital Region.

Underwriting
Based on your passions, you can underwrite an artist, a specific performance or residency, an educational program, or a community partnership. Gifts to underwrite programs may be acknowledged with an intimate reception, complimentary tickets and acknowledgment in SPAC’s printed materials, in addition to member benefits.
Underwriting gifts ensure SPAC has strong and steady support, the ability to create and implement a meaningful long-term vision, and the opportunity to set the highest bar for artistic and educational excellence.

More Ways to Give
Matching gifts can amplify the impact of your donation. Check to see if your employer offers a matching gift program. To join as a member or make a matching gift donation, please contact Maddie McCarthy in the Development Office at 518-584-9330 ext. 142 or mmccarthy@spac.org
A donor advised fund (DAF) is a charitable giving account that you can open through a financial institution or community foundation. A DAF might be a great way to combine the most favorable tax benefits for you and your philanthropic support of our mission. To make a gift through your DAF, contact your fund administrator.
Are you looking for a tax-effective way to make a gift to SPAC? A charitable gift rollover from your individual retirement account (IRA) may be your best option. If you are interested in making a gift from your IRA, please contact your IRA administrator.
