Rules, Terms & Conditions:

• Enter by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
• The sweepstakes is free to enter and open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries (defined below) received. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Sweepstakes begins at 09:00 AM ET on Friday, March 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
• ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS AND ONLY ONE (1) PRIZE PER EMAIL ADDRESS.
• The winner of the Grand Prize will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted on or about May 18, 2026, from all eligible entries collected during the Sweepstakes Period. The Runner-up Prize Winners will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted on or about May 18, 2026, from all eligible entries collected during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize winner VIP Experience includes: two (2) amphitheater tickets for New York City Ballet’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, with access to The Pines Terrace on the night of the performance. Grand prize winner to also receive a 14K rose gold diamond pendant necklace from Hoff Jewelers, one (1) complimentary nights’ accommodation at a local Saratoga Springs hotel (check in date: 7/9/26, check out date: 7/10/26) and a $200 gift certificate to Roosevelt Baths & Spa.
• Runner Up Prize(s) (3x): A pair (2) amphitheater tickets for New York City Ballet’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Saratoga Performing Arts Center and a SPAC Swag Bag.
• The total approximate retail value of the 1x Grand Prize is $1,645 USD. ($300 Tickets, $200 VIP access, $595 necklace,$350 accommodations, $200 spa gift certificate).
• Approximate retail value of 3x Runner Up Prize(s): $200 USD each ($600 USD total value).
• PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION. Prize recipients must provide their own transportation to and from Saratoga Performing Arts Center.
• Winning entrants will be contacted via email on or about the date of the random drawing. Winning entrants will have 48 hours to respond to claim the prize. If a response and verification is not received within 48 hours of notifying the winner, said entrant will be disqualified from the promotion and a redraw/reselection of a winner will occur. Failure to accept the prizing will also result in void of prize and a redraw/reselection of winner will occur.
• A list of the winners will be made available to the public on or about May 22, 2026.

• PRIZES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets.
• Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any element thereof without notice in any manner and for any reason (including, without limitation, in the event of any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules).
