Nancy DiCresce Room and The Pines Terrace

The Pines is an expansive, multi-purpose facility situated in the midst of the SPAC campus.

The venue overlooks SPAC’s  iconic amphitheater, and our lush grounds, all within the stunning natural beauty of the Saratoga Spa State Park. The Pines Terrace, an indoor and outdoor space respectively, that together allow for a fully immersive event experience.

Welcome your guests through a multi-level indoor atrium leading up to the Nancy DiCresce Room, a 2,265 sq. ft. indoor multipurpose space, fitted with all of your technology needs. Adjoining the Nancy DiCresce Room is The Pines Terrace, an expansive 4,778 sq. ft. second floor patio overlooking the iconic Saratoga Performing Arts Center amphitheater.

Bring harmony to your next event at The Pines with the versatile Nancy DiCresce Room and The Pines Terrace spaces, which can accommodate intimate and large-scale gatherings, including: business meetings, company outings, life events & milestone celebrations, and more!

More Information

Capacity:

  • Nancy DiCresce Room: up to 150 seated / up to 175 standing

  • The Pines Terrace: up to 250 standing

  • Additional areas to mingle pre and post event in the atrium space

Rental Includes:

  • Up to 8 hours of venue access

  • One (1) Security Guard

  • One (1) Building Manager

Indoor Amenities:

  • (4) wall-mounted flat screen TV’s

  • HD projector and projection screen

  • Multiple integrated floor pockets for convenient AV connection

  • Built-in lighting & ceiling speakers

  • Numerous wireless microphones

  • Seating and tables provided

Outdoor Amenities:

  • 25’ outdoor bar

  • (2) wall mounted flat screen TVs

  • Outdoor speakers across the veranda

  • Exclusive vantage point for SPAC amphitheater performances

Additional Rental Amenities:

  • Catering (food & beverage, bar set up, labor & product)

  • Linen or Table Settings

  • Outdoor patio heaters

  • Barricades or Velvet ropes

  • Indoor/outdoor patio and lounge furniture

  • Courtesy carts with operator

  • Additional labor

*The renter is solely responsible for returning all areas to the same condition and level of cleanliness as they found it prior to the event.

Peak rates apply: May 15 through October 31. Dates are limited. Additionally, peak rates apply every Friday through Sunday as well as all holidays including Thanksgiving (Eve and Day), Christmas (Eve and Day), New Year’s (Eve and Day), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, and St. Patrick’s Day.
