Awaken your palette with a pre-show dining experience or a quick bite during an event at Saratoga Performing Arts Center.  

Enjoy open-to-the-public Arts Dining and/or member-exclusive Patrons’ Club Dining at the Hall of Springs for SPAC’s summer season classical evening performances. Stop by Legends Concessions at Live Nation & SPAC amphitheater events, or bring your own picnic! Grab a snack or beverage during a performance at Spa Little Theater. Or visit downtown Saratoga Springs to dine at one of the many restaurants. Plus, don’t forget that SPAC hosts a variety of CulinaryArts@SPAC events, which include a curated food & drink experience.

Arts Dining at Hall of Springs by Mazzone Hospitality 

Open to the public for New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra performances for lunch (New York City Ballet matinees) and dinner. Located inside the Hall of Springs adjacent to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.  

Lunch: 11:00-1:30PM; $42.95 (+ tax and gratuity), per person
Dinner: 5:00-7:30PM; $47.95 (+ tax and gratuity), per person

Contemporary American cuisine highlighted by local and sustainable foods; full buffet that includes entrees, antipasti, starches, grains, and vegetable options, including a fresh salad bar and decadent desserts. Craft cocktails, local and imported beers, wine by the glass and bottle, accompanied by proficient service, make this an exceptional dining experience.

PLEASE NOTE: Arts Dining will not be available on Philadelphia Orchestra Film Nights– 8/8/26 and 8/21/26. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to all parties. At least 24 hours notice is required for any reservation changes or cancellations. Any last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows are subject to a $20 per person charge. Reservations must be made online via Yelp or by calling directly at 518.583.3003.

Patrons’ Club Dining 

Exclusively for SPAC Patron Program & President’s Circle Members Only.

Enjoy dinner from 5:00-7:30PM for New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra performances. Located inside The Hall of Springs adjacent to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.  

An elevated, all-inclusive alfresco dining experience centered around a refined Tuscan table, showcasing the finest locally sourced, farm-forward ingredients. Thoughtfully curated and deeply culinary-driven, the menu evolves daily in harmony with seasonal availability, with offerings prepared fresh and presented exclusively for each service to ensure exceptional quality and integrity.
Guests are invited to explore an array of chef-curated stations highlighting artisanal craftsmanship and timeless Italian technique—from elegant carving boards and elevated Nonna-inspired cucina, to handcrafted flatbreads, bespoke pastas, and carefully selected grains. The experience concludes with an indulgent dessert station, offering artful interpretations of classic sweets.

Legends Hospitality Concessions

Visit the concessions buildings on the SPAC grounds for a variety of options offered by Legends Hospitality, our on-site concessionaire. From fresh, locally-sourced salads, sandwiches and snacks, as well as a full selection of non-alcoholic beverages, domestic and imported wines, liquors and craft beers, you will find everything you need right here! 

Picnic Areas

Take advantage of gate opening time and arrive early for Saratoga Jazz Festival, New York City Ballet and The Philadelphia Orchestra performances to enjoy your own picnic on the SPAC grounds. Gather at a picnic table scattered throughout the lawns, or in The Julie Bonacio Family Pavilion. Or, bring a blanket for a classic picnic experience.
