Please join us for a conversation with Florence Fabricant, renowned food and wine writer for The New York Times at Spa Little Theater followed by a luncheon and curated shopping in the Hall of Springs.

For more than 50 years, Florence Fabricant has been a columnist for The New York Times. Her weekly columns, Front Burner and Off the Menu, are highly influential in the food and beverage industries. In addition, she authors the Pairings column which appears alongside Eric Asimov’s monthly wine reviews. Florence is also the author of 13 cookbooks and has multiple recipes that appear in New York Times Cooking.
