NYCB Children’s Workshop
For Ages 5-7

Stretch, twirl, and leap in this 45-minute movement workshop especially for children ages 5-7. No prior dance training is needed. NYCB dancers will guide children in a warm-up and choreography inspired by George Balanchine’s enchanting story ballet A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
DETAILS
- Children participating in the workshop must be between the ages of 5 and 7.
- This event is free for participants! A limited number of spots are available.
- Please come dressed comfortably and ready to move. Leotards, tights, and ballet shoes are not required.
- Please bring a bottle of water. A bottle refilling station is available in the school.
- Workshop will take place at the SPAC School of the Arts located behind the National Museum of Dance (99 South Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY).
- Arrival time: Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the workshop to ensure that you have time to park and sign in.
- Limited seating is available inside the studio for up to two family members to observe.
