NYCB Access Workshop for Teens and Adults

Experience the dynamic repertory of New York City Ballet in this 75-minute movement workshop designed especially for teens and adults with disabilities. NYCB dancers will lead movers of all abilities in a warm-up and choreography inspired by a ballet being performed during NYCB’s SPAC engagement. Modifications, including standing and seated movement options, will be offered throughout the event. The workshop will close with a Q&A with the artists.   


  • No prior dance experience needed! 
  • Recommended for ages 13 and up  
  • Please come dressed comfortably and ready to move. 
  • Please bring a bottle of water. Bottle refilling stations are available in the school.  
  • This workshop event is free to participants! A limited number of spots are available. 
  • Workshop will take place at the SPAC School of the Arts located behind the National Museum of Dance (99 South Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY) 
  • Arrival times: Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of class to ensure that you have time to park and sign in.   
  • Parking is available in the lot located on the south side of the museum building.   
  • Please only sign up the participant. Up to three family members/friends will be allowed to accompany each participant.
