Early Access Parking
Want to access the parking lots early to avoid traffic? You can do that with our new early access parking! The early access parking lot is located at the Route 50 East Parking lot (400 Ballston Ave, Saratoga Springs NY 12866) and will open 2 hours prior to scheduled parking lot times. Come early, park close to the Route 50 main entrance, and enjoy time without the hassles of traffic or parking concerns! *You are not guaranteed a parking space with the purchase of early parking. Early parking spaces are not held once main lots open. If GA parking spaces are still available in Route 50 East/West lot after main lots, this purchase will be honored.*

Reserved Parking
Want your own parking spot that is waiting just for you? Come early, come late – you are guaranteed one of our best parking spaces at the front of our Premier Parking lot with close, easy access to the Route 50 Entrance. Follow signs for Premier Parking. Limited Amount available! Parking Hang Tags will be given to you when you arrive at the Route 50 East Parking Lot and MUST be displayed to park in the corresponding reserved parking spot.
Fast Lane Entry
Fastest way to the PIT or LAWN for your favorite shows. Be one of the first into the venue or enjoy a dedicated entrance. Head to the gate and present this voucher along with your concert ticket for early entry or Fast Lane access. One voucher per event ticket is required to gain early access. Valid at the Route 50 entrance only at 5pm.
Lawn Chair Rentals
Enjoy the lawn without having to haul the gear! Plan ahead and rent your lawn chair in advance – To pick up your chair Bring your lawn chair ticket or mobile device with ticket to the lawn chair rental stand located along the main concourse inside the route 50 foot bridge or at Guest Services to the left of the main concessions plaza.
VIP Club Access
The VIP Treatment: Treat yourself to the VIP Experience at the new indoor/outdoor, upstairs Broadview VIP Club in the main concessions plaza at SPAC. Enjoy an exclusive indoor space and outdoor terrace area overlooking SPAC lawn with private restrooms, wait service, cash bars, personalized service, comfortable table and lounge seating, and the option to purchase food from a special VIP only menu created by our private chefs and delivered to you by our in-seat wait service.
Terrace Club Access
Enjoy access to the beautiful Terrace Club, which includes a cash bar, restrooms, wait service, comfortable patio furniture and a fire pit when the nights get cooler. Located inside the Patron’s Terrace to the left of the Hall of Springs box office.
Blanket Voucher
NO NEED TO PACK A THING! Leave that bulky bag at home. All you need to do is bring yourself, your show ticket, your blanket ticket and the deeply-rooted desire to have a GREAT TIME! Your blanket will be waiting for you and available for pickup at the lawn chair rental tent. Show the staff your ticket, walk away with a blanket and it’s yours to keep! The blanket sits two to three of your closest friends.

Our main stage has a 25,000 person capacity with sheltered seats for 5,200 people and a sloping lawn for an additional 20,000 people.

Please note: guests are not allowed to bring alcohol to Live Nation events and the items listed below are subject to change or vary on show day.
Permitted Items
- ONLY small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 6”x 9” OR clear plastic bags NO BIGGER than 12″x6″x12” will be allowed inside.
- Lawn Chairs – For the safety and convenience of all our guests, only collapsible lawn/camping chairs will be permitted with the height of the chair not to exceed 43” when collapsed. Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments are prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced. Chairs not meeting these specifications will not be allowed entry. Low profile/beach chairs may be rented upon entering the facility adjacent to the main merchandise tent or in advance by clicking here, subject to availability. If you have alternative seating needs, or accessible seating needs, please contact the Box Office at 518-584-9330 or boxoffice@spac.org.
- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses

All Live Nation ground rules are subject to change. By entering the SPAC grounds, guests agree to abide by the rules listed above. Management reserves the right to modify these rules or can request to see the contents of any belongings brought on property at their discretion. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the utmost levels of safety and convenience for our guests and staff.
Bag Policy
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy:
We will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs that are not clear (6”x 9”).
No other bags of any type will be allowed.
Cashless Payment
All points of sale will only accept credit and debit.
For fans who wish to use cash, or do not have a credit or debit card, there is a Cash to Card kiosk in the main concession plaza to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
Mobile Ticketing
Your Phone Is Your Ticket!
All events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.
– Using the Live Nation App or your phone’s web browser, sign into your account.
– Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
– Select the ticket you’d like to transfer. Add the recipient’s information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.
Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!
