Hot Hot Hot! Things heat up Friday night as chefs from the Capital Region’s finest restaurants battle it out for the Fired Up! title while guests enjoy great music, gourmet food, BBQ, a cold refreshing Stella Artois, wines and spirits.

The kick-off to the weekend’s events at SPAC, Boston Red Sox legend David “Big Papi” Ortiz will highlight Fired Up!, with a dedicated appearance and special VIP Meet and Mingle events.

Throughout the evening, guests will help celebrity judge David Burke, world renowned Chef and Culinary Director for the iconic Adelphi Hotel’s Blue Hen, Morrissey’s and Salt & Char, and Table Hopping’s Steve Barnes along with additional celebrity judges to name the 2018 Saratoga Grill Master by sampling inventive grill-off creations.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 8

A display of 80 Bugatti cars, international wines, gourmet food tastings from the top restaurants, and appearances and competitions featuring celebrity chefs David Burke and Todd English, Saturday’s Grand Tasting is a tantalizing feast for the senses.

The centerpiece event of the weekend, the Grand Tasting grants guests access to sample hundreds of tastings from local and national restaurants, wineries, and specialty vendors, while admiring fine car displays, highlighted by the International Bugatti Tour’s first visit to New York State and the first time to the United States in a decade.

Descending on the Saratoga Spa State Park’s reflecting pool for a “Bugatti Ballet” auto display, the Grand Tasting will boast 80 luxury Bugatti automobiles plus the only two ultra-rare, $40-million-plus 1936 Bugatti Type 57SC Atlantics in existence, together onsite for the first time in more than 15 years.

The main stage will host speeches, special guest appearances, live music and an “Iron Chef”-styled competition featuring James Beard Award-winning chef, David Burke. Burke will have a presence with a taste of dishes from Tavern62, David Burke Kitchen, and Woodpecker, Salt and Char, Morrisey’s, The Blue Hen and Adelphi Garden by David Burke.

Guests who purchase a VIP ticket have earlier access to the festivities and a dedicated VIP Bugatti Clubhouse presented by M&T Bank with curated food, wine, events and activities.

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 9

Colin Cowie and celebrity chef Todd English will co-host a lively, upbeat brunch showcasing Colin’s approach to events, with lively music by On The Move, Ferrari test drives, and a phenomenal menu of delectable bites and cocktails. A never ending supply of Whispering Angel Rose with specialty cocktails by the Cocktail Architect, Yusef Austin, will be featured for this daytime party with a nighttime vibe.
