Tai Chi Workshop

Tai Chi Center here in Saratoga Springs, NY is pleased to sponsor a Tai Chi workshop with Grandmaster William C.C. Chen September 28, 2024. Master Chen is consistently impressive in his ability to deeply understand the internal principles and Body mechanics of Tai Chi and to explain them in language that can be easily understood by all.

This workshop is presented as a series of 50 minute classes. There are three form classes and one Martial Applications class. Each class is open to all levels skill. These classes will present the internal principles and body mechanic in the form. Each form class will stand on it’s own however, as we have seen in past workshops Master Chen will build on the concepts through out the day. Try to attend as much of the workshop as possible so you can benefit from Master Chen’s 60 plus years of teaching experience. The Applications class will further develop your understanding of these principles by explaining how Tai Chi works as a martial art.
