Dancing Through Time: Connections Through Choreography

Discover the artists who have shaped dance as a force for expression and social change. Each class begins with a short video introduction to an influential choreographer, followed by a guided movement experience exploring their unique style. Led by guest teaching artists from the Capital Region and SPAC School of the Arts, this class welcomes adults of all experience levels. No dance experience is necessary.
