This Contemporary Dance class welcomes all bodies and minds. We’ll use music, rhythm, and breath to guide us as we explore different ways to connect with movement.
Each class starts with a gentle warm-up to get comfortable, followed by easy center and across-the-room activities. You’ll get to try out movements that help you feel strong, flexible, and free—like rolling, stretching, twisting, and flowing.
No dance experience is needed—just bring yourself and an open mind! You’ll build confidence, discover new ways of moving, and leave feeling energized and connected to the group.
This class is open to everyone and supports personal goals, making it eligible for OPWDD Self-Direction funding.
