This class is for students who have completed Adult Ballet I or experienced dancers who would like to continue developing their skills. Each class includes a sequence of barre exercises, center work, and movement across the floor. Participants will develop their awareness of alignment, coordination, strength, balance, and flexibility. Musical awareness and movement quality are also incorporated to exercise the brain as well as the body!
This class include an optional 25-minute beginner lesson each week on Pointe from 7:20-7:45 PM. Participants joining must register for the optional add-on when completing your booking.
This class is open to everyone and supports personal goals, making it eligible for OPWDD Self-Direction funding.
