    • PARK LIKE A ROCK STAR: Park closer to the venue regardless of your arrival time. Please note, this parking is a separate transaction and delivery from your ticket purchase. Parking purchased within 10 days of event may prevent mailing of parking pass, requiring your name to be added to parking list at gate entrance. Premier Parking is located in the Route 50 parking lot behind the box office. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.
  • CAP COM VIP Club ($85.00)
    • The VIP Treatment: Treat yourself to the VIP Experience at the new indoor/outdoor, upstairs CAP Comm VIP Club in the main concessions plaza at SPAC. Enjoy an exclusive indoor space and outdoor terrace area overlooking SPAC lawn with private restrooms, wait service, cash bars, personalized service, comfortable table and lounge seating, and the option to purchase food from a special VIP only menu created by our private chefs and delivered to you by our in-seat wait service. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET. Event ticket required for entrance to the venue.
  • Terrace Club Access ($30.00)
    • Terrace Club Access: Enjoy access to the beautiful Terrace Club, which includes a cash bar, restrooms, wait service, comfortable patio furniture and a fire pit when the nights get cooler. Located inside the Patron’s Terrace to the left of the Hall of Springs box office. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET. Event ticket needed for access to venue night of show.
  • Lawn Chair Rental ($10.00)
    • Enjoy the lawn without having to haul the gear! Plan ahead and rent your lawn chair in advance – To pick up your chair Bring your lawn chair ticket or mobile device with ticket to the lawn chair rental stand located along the main concourse inside the route 50 foot bridge or at Guest Services to the left of the main concessions plaza. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET. You must present an event ticket to enter the venue.
  • Fast Lane Entry ($10.00)
    • Fastest way to the PIT or LAWN for your favorite shows. Be one of the first into the venue or enjoy a dedicated entrance. Head to the gate and present this voucher along with your concert ticket for early entry or Fast Lane access. One voucher per event ticket is required to gain early access. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET.
  • Blanket Voucher ($20.00)
    • NO NEED TO PACK A THING! Leave that bulky bag at home. All you need to do is bring yourself, your show ticket, your blanket ticket and the deeply-rooted desire to have a GREAT TIME! Your blanket will be waiting for you and available for pickup at the lawn chair rental tent. Show the staff your ticket, walk away with a blanket and it’s yours to keep! The blanket sits two to three of your closest friends. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET!

Clear Bag Policy

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.

Food & Drinks

Outside food & beverages are not allowed except for one (1) sealed water bottle and one (1) clear gallon-sized bag for snacks. There will be a wide variety of dinner and beverage options available for purchase on-site.

Cashless Payment

All points of sale will only accept credit and debit.

For fans who wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be under the wooden pavilion in the main plaza.

In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, there is a Cash to Card kiosk in the main concession plaza to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.

Lawn Chairs & Blankets

Personal lawn chairs & small blankets are permitted for this event. For the safety and convenience of all our guests, only collapsible lawn/camping chairs will be permitted with the height of the chair not to exceed 43″ when collapsed. Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments are prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced. Chairs not meeting these specifications will not be allowed entry.

Mobile Ticketing - Your Phone is Your Ticket

Our venue is now mobile entry only. This means that your phone is your ticket. Please do not wait until you are in the parking lot or in line to download your tickets or transfer them to friends. Please do so at home before arriving at our venue.

Download your tickets using our mobile app. No screenshots will be accepted.

Previously delivered hard/paper tickets will also be honored.

You have two options to access your tickets:

1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Live Nation App.

– Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.

– Add the ticket(s) to your phone’s wallet and you’re done!

– Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry


2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting Live Nation on your mobile browser.

– On your mobile phone, visit livenation.com in your web browser and select My Tickets.

– Sign in and select your desired order.

– Add the ticket(s) to your phone’s wallet and you’re done!

– Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

Additional Tips:

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.

– Using the Live Nation App or your phone’s web browser, sign in to your account.

– Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).

– Select the ticket you’d like to transfer. Add the recipient’s information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.

Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

Permitted Items

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”) – subject to search at gate.
  • Non-professional digital and film cameras (Pocket sized, point & shoot, no removable lenses).
  • Small blankets
  • 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water up to 1 gallon (non-frozen) per guest.
  • Food – must fit in a one gallon, clear Zip-Loc style bag.
  • For the safety and convenience of all our guests, only collapsible lawn/camping chairs will be permitted with the height of the chair not to exceed 43” when collapsed. Canopies, footrests, side tables, and other attachments are prohibited. This policy will be strictly enforced. Chairs not meeting these specifications will not be allowed entry. Low profile/beach chairs may be rented upon entering the facility adjacent to the main merchandise tent or in advance at the following website, subject to availability: https://www.ticketmaster.com/saratoga-pac-lawn-chair-rental-tickets/artist/2585398.   • Professional cameras with detachable lenses or cameras with lenses that extend 1″ or more
  • Glass, metal, cans (regardless of contents)
  • Hard/soft coolers
  • Average sized bags/backpacks
  • Pop-up tents
  • Laser pointers
  • Animals (except ADA approved service animals)
  • Fireworks or other incendiary devices
  • iPads/tablets
  • Selfie sticks
  • Any other item that may pose a threat to other guests, staff or performers.
  • Spiked rings or collars

State Park Alcohol Policy

No alcohol is allowed in the SPAC parking lots or the Spa State Park prior to or during a concert.

Guests who are of legal age are able to purchase alcohol from each of the concessions stands within the SPAC grounds and will be allowed to move throughout the venue with their drinks including lawn and reserved seat locations. If you wish to purchase alcohol within the SPAC gates, please make sure to bring your valid, picture ID.


The dedicated Rideshare pick up and drop off location has moved to the Rte 50 Parking Lot. They will be directed by Live Nation parking staff to the front curb for pick up and drop off.

Important Note Regarding Secondary Re-sellers

Please be advised that LiveNation.comTicketmaster.com or the SPAC Box Office are the ONLY authorized ticket provider for Live Nation concerts at Saratoga Performing Arts Center. Ticket buyers who purchase tickets from a ticket broker or any third party should be aware that Saratoga Performing Arts Center is unable to reprint or replace lost or stolen tickets and is unable to contact patrons with any pertinent updates regarding the performance.

Camera Policy

ALL Professional Cameras With or Without Detachable Lenses Are Strictly Prohibited For This Concert.

No cameras or camera equipment will be accepted by Guest Services. To avoid delays at the gates, we ask that you please refrain from bringing your cameras to this concert. (Camera policy may change on the day of the concert at the artist’s request).

Lawn Seating

In the hope of providing a good view of the performance to all of our guests on the lawn, we ask that all guests seated on the lawn refrain from taking up an excessive amount of space with lawn chairs and blankets. Please use only the space needed for your party so that others may enjoy the lawn seating. If needed, venue staff or an employee from Guest Services in the concession area will be available to assist in finding space on the lawn.

Special Traffic Information

Traffic will be very heavy on show day. Please give yourself enough time to arrive at the venue. We strongly encourage carpooling!

General Admission Parking

General Admission Parking is available throughout the State Park as well as in the Route 50 East and West lots. All locations will charge $10 per car and payments can be made via cash or credit card. To avoid slowing traffic into the parking lots with cash transactions, we encourage all guests to use credit cards.

Premier Parking

Premier Parking will be located in the East Route 50 lot, closest to the venue box office and venue gate. A limited amount of premier parking spaces will be available on the day of show on a first come first served basis. If you have pre-purchased Premier Parking please display your hangtag to assist in reaching the East Route 50 lot.

Oversized Vehicles

All Oversized Vehicles that park at the venue will be directed to park in an appropriate space to accommodate the size of vehicle. Oversized Vehicles will be charged $100.00 and parking will be available in the East and West Route 50 lots.


Please help keep the Spa State Park clean by picking up after yourself and disposing of trash and recyclables properly. Recycling bins are available on venue grounds for your convenience. Please do your part to help take care of the Spa State Park by throwing away any trash and recyclables in the designated containers.
