Join SPAC, the Action Council, the Junior Committee, and The Saratoga Book Festival for a very special event in The Pines@SPAC featuring Matt Hranek, author of The Negroni, in conversation with WAMC’s Joe Donahue, and Brendan Dillon, mixologist and co-owner of Hamlet & Ghost. This event begins on the Pines Terrace at 5:30pm with hors d’oeuvres by Kim Klopstock of Lily and the Rose and a flight of Negroni variations from Matt and Brendan. Following the tasting, Joe will lead a conversation with Matt and Brendan to discuss the history of the Negroni, its cultural significance in today’s cocktail culture, and to share stories from the greatest Negroni bars from across the globe.
Tickets to attend, including food and drink, are $30 each and are limited. Following the live conversation will be an audience Q&A and book signing with the author! A limited number of copies of The Negroni will be available for sale on site.
Special thanks to Pam Abrams, Kim Klopstock, the SPAC Action Council and the SPAC Junior Committee.
This is a 21 and over only event.
