Welcome to SPAC’s 2018 season!

We are ecstatic to share with you our dynamic, eclectic season featuring SPAC firsts and the return of audience favorites including: the first-ever appearance by National Ballet of Cuba as one of just five U.S. locations… four distinct programs by New York City Ballet including an all-Balanchine evening; a program featuring four SPAC Premieres by 21st century choreographers; the timeless story ballet Romeo + Juliet; and a celebration of the centennials of both Jerome Robbins and Leonard Bernstein… the three-week residency of The Philadelphia Orchestra featuring two weeks with Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin – his longest SPAC residency to date; a new “Cinema Saturdays @ SPAC” series with the live orchestral accompaniment to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone™ in Concert; the first Thursday matinees series; and two closing weekend evenings featuring Joshua Bell… and six incredible programs by The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center including “An Afternoon in Vienna,” “An Evening in Prague” and appearances by the young, virtuosic Schumann Quartet.
