All Voting Members of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Inc.
The Annual Meeting of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. in the Hall of Springs, Saratoga Spa State Park, Saratoga Springs, New York. A continental breakfast will be served at 8:30 A.M.
The purpose of the meeting, in accordance with Article 1, Section 3 of the By-laws of the Corporation is to elect Directors, review the current position of the Center and transact all other business which may come before the meeting.
