Set amidst ancient ruins, terraced gardens, abbeys and piazzas you will find Palazzo Santi Terzi, in the romantic little jewel of a town, San Gemini, which is famed throughout Europe for its mineral springs. Formerly the summer home of neoclassical sculptor Canova, the Palazzo, overlooking age-old vineyards and olive groves, offers old-world charm with high ceilings and beautiful stonework, gourmet kitchen, 3 fireplaces, a large library, private garden and pool. The tallest building in San Gemini, Palazzo Santi Terzi enjoys sweeping, unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. Formerly the summer home of neoclassical sculptor Canova, and recently renovated in keeping with its 16th century surroundings, its jewel is Casa Santi Terzi, offering 7 double bedrooms each with private bathroom, a gourmet kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, a private garden and a private swimming pool: Casa Santiterzi's unique swimming pool, which can be heated and jetted, is set on a paved terrace with beautiful views over the countryside and partially covered by a loggia. Although the village is steps away through a garden gate, the house and its grounds remain very private.

Four sitting rooms and a choice of summer and winter dining rooms and kitchens provide plenty of space for a large group. All the rooms are furnished and decorated in an exquisite rustic style.
