Saratoga Springs, NY (January 20, 2009) - Saratoga Performing Arts Center has announced that individuals who purchase a 2009 SPAC membership will be eligible to receive a 10 percent discount at participating restaurants in Saratoga Springs and the Capital Region.
The partnership between SPAC and participating area restaurants enables SPAC members, upon presentation of their membership card, to receive 10 percent off the food portion of their lunch or dinner check. Members can receive the discount anytime they dine at a participating restaurant during the 2009 calendar year.
SPAC memberships are available at a variety of price and benefit levels, from a $25 Student up to a $1,350 Patron level and even higher. Depending on membership tier, benefits can include ticket priority, discounts, preferred parking, rehearsal access and complimentary refreshments. SPAC's 2009 Membership campaign was launched in November of 2008 and will continue through the conclusion of SPAC's 2009 Season. Membership details and purchases are available on SPAC's website, at www.spac.org/members.cfm
"We are thrilled to be able to offer this new benefit to SPAC members. Although a SPAC membership has always been an incredible value, the ability to use your SPAC membership card to save on restaurant dining truly takes the card to a new level. It also enables SPAC members to benefit from their membership year-round," said Marcia J. White, SPAC President & Executive Director.
"Anyone who has resolved to make 2009 an exciting, memorable year will want to get a SPAC membership now to not only take full advantage of this great restaurant promotion, but to ensure their place in what is certain to be a magical 2009 SPAC Season," she concluded.
"This is a great promotion which not only benefits SPAC and its members, but area restaurants as well. Particularly in these economic times, the discount gives people an incentive to keep doing the things they enjoy, such as dining out and experiencing world-class performances at SPAC. I am proud to partner with SPAC on this and encourage people to get their membership as soon as possible so they can start benefitting immediately," said Angelo Mazzone, President of Mazzone Management Group.
